Sean Jacobson

Sean Jacobson has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Sean is currently working as a Vice President at NexPoint since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Acquisition/Asset Manager at BH Equities from December 2018 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors from January 2018 to December 2018. Additionally, they worked at Mansur & Company where they held roles as an Associate from August 2016 to December 2017 and as an Investment Analyst from May 2014 to August 2016.

Sean Jacobson completed their education at various institutions. From 2003 to 2008, they attended Central Michigan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Later, they enrolled at DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis in 2018. Additionally, in February 2014, Sean Jacobson attained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Corporations, Securities & Commercial Licensing Bureau.
