Archana Sivapalan

Archana Sivapalan is currently serving as the Regional Head Sales Manager for Nexsan, beginning in July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Channel Sales Manager at Audacix from April 2023 to July 2024, where Archana contributed to improving software delivery through automated testing solutions. Prior to that, Archana held multiple positions at Retrospect between July 2017 and January 2023, including Director Sales for India and Channel Manager for the West and South Regions, focusing on partner development and sales strategy execution. Archana also worked as Associate Manager at Sutherland, managing project transitions and stakeholder communications from January 2016 to May 2017, and served as BDM at SNB IT Distribution from January 2013 to December 2015, overseeing the distribution of IT infrastructure products. Early career experiences include HR roles at Siemens and as Senior HR Executive. Archana holds a PGDHRM in Human Resources from Symbiosis and a BSC in Information Technology from SIES Nerul.
