Kathy Neder

Kathy Neder, M.S., currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. since November 2020. With a robust background in human resources, Kathy previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at a confidential organization from December 2017 to November 2020 and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Boots Retail USA, Inc. from November 2015 to December 2017. Additional experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Lagardère Sports from October 2013 to October 2015, and as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Barclays Capital from June 2011 to 2013. Kathy's career began as a Human Resources Manager at AMSAC and as a Human Resources & Payroll Supervisor at ABC Television. Educational qualifications include a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Alfred University.
