Margarita Red-Horse

Margarita Red-Horse is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the media and retail industries. Currently serving as the Region Human Resources Director at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. since September 2019 and at Tribune Media since June 2016, Margarita has held significant leadership roles as Region Human Resources Director, Market Human Resources, and District Human Resources at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2014 to June 2016. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Technicolor from 2004 to 2014 and as the Manager of Human Resources at KTLA from May 1995 to December 2004. Margarita holds a Master's degree in Applied Leadership and Management from Arizona State University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate’s degree in Economics from Los Angeles Valley College.
