Shon Mohsin is the CEO and Data Scientist at nexStep.ai. Shon has previously worked as a Product Owner at Motion Consulting LLC, Avanade, and CNSI. Shon also worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Molina Healthcare and a Solutions Architect at Nationwide Insurance. Shon has saved time and reduced costs by developing creative solutions for member exemption processing logic as well as auto enrollment processing logic. Shon has also enhanced testing team’s understanding regarding use acceptance criteria for test case creation.

Shon Mohsin has a Master of Science in Data Science from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Brooklyn College.
