Clara Belghazi - Gaudenz

Clara Belghazi-Gaudenz has a diverse range of work experience. Clara started their career as a Sales and Business Development professional at StaffMe from 2017 to 2019. Clara then worked as a Web Writer at IMMOFINANCES.NET FRANCE in 2018. In 2019, Clara served as a Sales Manager at Sarl l'Etoile, Cave l'Etoile, where they specialized in wines and natural sweet wines. Clara excelled in managing boutiques, organizing events, and maintaining social media presence.

From 2019 to 2020, Clara worked as a Sales and Marketing Advisor at Les vêtements MARIGOLD. Clara then moved on to the Conseil québécois du commerce de détail (CQCD), where they coordinated events for a few months. Clara also briefly served as a Project Manager at Art Souterrain, where they were responsible for Le Cercle des 100.

In 2021, Clara joined Agence Webdiffusion as an Events Coordinator, overseeing website creation and client communication. Clara later became a Coordinator at Guy Lévesque Productions, where they managed schedules, coordinated productions, and drafted contracts.

Clara's entrepreneurial spirit led their to work as an Entrepreneurship Advisor and Project Manager at Horizon Carrière | CJE Viger/Jeanne-Mance. There, they recruited and supported future entrepreneurs and created enriching webinars for the community.

Currently, Clara holds the position of Operations Lead at NextAI, where they plan, designs, and executes large-scale events. Clara negotiates with suppliers, recruits and coordinates staff, ensuring optimal service and pricing conditions.

Throughout their career, Clara has demonstrated strong leadership, project management skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact in their community.

Clara Belghazi-Gaudenz completed a D.E.S.S in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at HEC Montréal from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Development from IDRAC Business school between 2016 and 2019. In 2015 to 2016, Clara also pursued a Licentiate in Sociology at UPVD Alumni.
