Mike Zarif

Mike Zarif has over 30 years of experience in the compressed air and gas industry. Mike has held various roles at companies such as Pioneer Air Systems, Aircel LLC, and Nortec Compressed Air & Gas, where they served as President and CEO. Mike also served as Director of Compressed Air & Gas at Donaldson. Currently, they are the Director of Research Development at Xebec Adsorption Inc. and will assume the role of President & CEO at Next Air & Gas in 2023.

Mike Zarif earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi in 1980. Mike continued their education at the same university and earned a Master's Degree in Mass & Heat Transfer in 1983. Afterwards, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1984-1989 and earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Heat and Mass Transfer.
