Thirdie Galedo

Thirdie Galedo is the Chief Operations Officer at Next BPO Solutions, Inc., responsible for overseeing the organization’s operations and driving sustainable business growth since April 2013. With previous experience at IBM Global Process Services from October 2009 to December 2012, Thirdie effectively managed Tier 2 Operations, leading to significant cost savings, and implemented Lean Six Sigma projects. Thirdie's earlier roles included Payroll Case Manager and WorkBrain Case Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to handle cases efficiently. Thirdie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Ateneo de Davao University and completed secondary education at Philippine Science High School Southern Mindanao Campus.
