Hamayal Choudhry

Hamayal Choudhry is the Founder and CEO of smartARM, a company dedicated to refreshing the landscape of upper-limb prostheses by addressing issues of functionality and affordability. Prior to this role, Hamayal held positions at notable organizations including Microsoft as a Software Engineer, DeepMap, Inc. as a Solutions Engineer, and Tesla as a Robotics and Controls Engineer. Earlier experience includes work at the Ontario Science Centre as a Senior Programs Assistant and Junior Programs Assistant, as well as serving as a Web Developer for the Ontario Tech Student Union. Hamayal was also a Deep Learning Research Assistant at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, where a custom computer vision system was developed for robot guidance. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics Engineering from Ontario Tech University.
