Rachel Goldshteyn

Rachel Goldshteyn currently holds the position of Vice President of People and Talent at Next Door Lending since December 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel served as RPO Director and Program Manager at IMPACT Management Services from November 2020 to December 2024, where Rachel oversaw talent acquisition for multiple client sites and led the development of standard operating procedures for recruiters. Rachel began their career in the legal field as a legal assistant at Elia and Ponto and Elimitix Traffic Law Firm, followed by roles in medical billing and office management at International Therapeutic Massage. Rachel holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University.
