Kyle Guertin

Kyle Guertin is an experienced media professional with a strong background in video production, particularly within the sports and real estate sectors. As the Local Owner of Next Door Photos since January 2020, Kyle specializes in professional real estate photography and marketing media. Prior to this, Kyle served as the Director of Video Production for the Myrtle Beach Pelicans and the Charlotte Knights, overseeing video operations and multimedia content for numerous sporting events. Earlier roles included video production management with the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, a Video Production Assistant position with the Tulsa Drillers, and experience as a Sports Media Specialist at WEIU-TV. Kyle's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Eastern Illinois University.
