Xulei Xu started their work experience as an Engineer Intern at Técnicas Reunidas in July 2009. They then moved on to EY, where they worked as an Intern in FIG Corporate Finance from August 2011 to December 2011 and later as an Analyst in FIG Corporate Finance from January 2012 to April 2013. Following that, Xulei joined TPG as an Associate in TPG Special Situations Partners from April 2013 to March 2016. Most recently, Xulei is the CEO and Co-Founder of NEXT Electric Motors, a position they have held since January 2017.
Xulei Xu attended Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. Later, from 2010 to 2011, Xulei Xu enrolled at IE Business School, obtaining a Master's degree in International Management with a focus on International Business.
