André Uggioni Daltoé

André Uggioni Daltoé serves as Diretor de Vendas e Marketing and Head of Sales at Next Fit since April 2019, collaborating closely with the CEO to develop commercial strategies and enhance team performance. Previously, André worked as a Closer (Account Executive), engaging in full-cycle sales processes for Next Fit's software. André's earlier experience includes a research role at Unesc - Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense, where contributions to the GPDEEC group led to a published paper on the impact of top plates on the rigidity of metal structures. Additionally, André completed an internship at Construfase Construções, gaining practical experience in a structural masonry project. André holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense, earned between 2014 and 2018.
