Eveliene Marrec Witjes has over 14 years of work experience. Eveliene began their career in 2006 as a Junior Accountant at AKTAdvies & Beter Beheer Nederland. In 2007, they joined A.T. Kearney BV- Consultancy as an EA/Office Manager/Recruitment Support/Training Coach. In 2010, they became a Recruitment and Hiring Specialist at DTG. In 2012, they began working at RB as a Human Resources Officer, then as a Human Resources Manager at Sid Lee. From 2013 to 2016, they were a HR Generalist and HRBP at Dalenys. In 2017, they joined Off.Grid:Electric as a HR Executive (International Mobility, Health & Safety, Talent Acquisition) and HRBP. In 2018, they began working at Glue Up as a Global Human Resources (APAC, USA, LATAM, EMEA) and APAC & USA - HRBP. In 2021, they joined Next Gen Foods as the Head of Human Resources.

In 2015, they earned a Certificate in Business language French (speaking & writing) from Eerste Nederlandse Talenpracticum. From 2017 to 2018, they attended LOI and earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resource Management. In 2018, they attended HR Law Academy Pte Ltd and earned a Business course + self study - HR Practitioners in Human Resources Management and Services.
