Stephanie Ong

Stephanie Ong has over 20 years of work experience. Stephanie started their career in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant at Lendlease. Stephanie then moved to Hilti Asia in 2003, where they worked as an Executive Secretary. That same year, they also worked as an HR Administrator at Black Mountain. In 2005, they took on the role of Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Kraft Foods. In 2007, they joined Commerzbank AG, where they served as an HR Specialist, Regional Centre of Expertise, and HR Analyst. In 2012, they moved to Diageo, where they worked as an HR Manager Singapore. In 2015, they became an HR Manager at Tyco. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as an HR Manager at De Beers Auction Sales. Stephanie currently works as an HR Manager at both Next Gen Foods and TiNDLE Foods.

Stephanie Ong obtained their BBA in Organizational Behavior Studies from the National University of Singapore. Stephanie then obtained their ACCA in Finance from ACCA between 2000 and 2004. In 2007, they obtained their Global Remuneration Professional certification from WorldatWork.
