Alf Bah has a diverse work experience in various industries. Alf is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Next Generation Business Solutions, where they focus on establishing stable relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as managing strategic partnerships.

Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Propaa Limited, a tourism and hospitality consultancy firm specializing in emerging destinations, particularly Sierra Leone. Alf has over 8 years of experience in project coordination and tourism development, with expertise in marketing and branding, policy and governing reforms, and sustainable growth.

Alf has also worked as a Tourism Specialist at The World Bank, where they managed and directed technical activities in tourism development. Alf provided guidance to the Ministry of Tourism and other stakeholders on matters related to policy reforms, marketing, branding, training, and product development.

Furthermore, Alf has experience as a Research Scholar at Leeds Beckett University, conducting research on tourism development in Sierra Leone and its potential as an international tourist destination. Alf also worked as a Healthcare Support Worker at NHS England and as a Tourism Specialist at Travelodge Hotels Limited.

In addition, Alf has demonstrated a commitment to service through roles such as Team Mentor at the National Citizen Service, Fundraiser for The Salvation Army, Students' President & Governor at Stockton Riverside College, and Customer Service Associate at the British Heart Foundation.

Alf Bah holds a Master of Social Sciences (MSc) degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, which they obtained from Leeds Beckett University in the academic years 2018-2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Tourism & Hospitality Management at the University of Sunderland from 2016 to 2017. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Alf Bah earned a Foundation Degree (FdA) in Aviation and Tourism Operations Management from Teesside University between 2014 and 2016. Alf began their post-secondary education journey by acquiring college qualifications in Aviation Operations from Stockton Riverside College, which they completed from 2011 to 2014.

On top of their academic qualifications, Alf Bah has also obtained various additional certifications to further enhance their expertise. These certifications include Tourism Policy and Planning, China's Role in Global Tourism Development, Culture and Tourism, and International Development, which they obtained from Nankai University in November and December 2020. In addition, they acquired certifications in Introduction to the Travel & Tourism Industry, Project Management Principles Practices & Systems, Understanding Data in the Tourism Industry, and Management and Leadership: Growing as a Manager from different educational institutions in 2020. Furthermore, Alf Bah has certifications in various subjects such as business fundamentals, project management, communication and interpersonal skills, medication administration, dementia care, and basic life support from respected institutions obtained in different years.
