Victor O. Akhimien has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Victor O. most recently worked at Next Generation Business Solutions in 2018 as the Country Sales Director and Partner. Victor O. Akhimien's education history begins in 1990 when they enrolled at the University of Benin to pursue a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree. Victor O. studied Clinical, Hospital, and Managed Care Pharmacy during their time at the University of Benin, completing their degree in 1996.

In 2006, Victor O. Akhimien furthered their education by attending the University of Lagos, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their field of study during this program was Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution. Victor O. successfully obtained their MBA in 2008.
