Esther Scott is an experienced educator with a strong background in child development and education. Currently serving as the Lead Teacher at Next Generation Children's Centers since August 2023, Esther has previously worked in various roles including ABA Tutor with the FRANKLIN SCHOOL DISTRICT and Behavior Assistant at Positive Behavior Supports Corp., both from November 2022 to August 2023. Esther's career in education began as an Elementary School Teacher with the Rainbow District School Board from July 2019 to June 2022. Esther holds a Bachelor of Education in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education from Western University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Child Studies from the University of Guelph.

Based in Sudbury, MA, Next Generation offers innovative early childhood education from infant and toddler daycare through preschool and pre-kindergarten at ten locations in greater Boston. The business will continue to operate as Next Generation Children’s Centers, providing high quality education and care to over 2,000 children daily.
