NGF Teens Program NGF Teens program provides high school students an opportunity to give back to the community by volunteering as tutors and mentors to children in the SmarterMe programs. It also gives them access to an enrichment program specifically designed for teens. High school volunteers are supervised by our adult mentors, many of whom are professional educators also volunteering their time. Teens are given progressively increasing amounts of responsibility to develop their leadership and organizational skills. The teens have an open forum for any ideas that may help SmarterMe, including suggestions to improve the program, raise funds, and spread awareness.
