Charity French

Charity French is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in providing property and casualty (P&C) insurance products to small and medium-sized businesses. Currently, as a Senior Commercial Lines Sales Agent at Next Insurance since May 2019, Charity specializes in commercial general liability, property, professional liability, and management liability policies. Prior to this role, Charity served as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent and National Sales Support at Paychex from June 2011 to May 2019. Additionally, Charity held supervisory and marketing roles at TravelCenters of America and Rochester Software Associates, respectively. Charity holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design and Economics, as well as an MBA in Operations and Technology Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
