Elad Shafran

Elad Shafran has extensive work experience in various roles. Elad is currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Next Insurance since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at LotemSensing from 2013, where they served as the Operation & Projects Team Manager. Before joining LotemSensing, Elad worked as a Training & Development Officer at IDF from November 2002 to July 2007.
