Hung Wei Tseng (Andy )

Hung Wei Tseng, also known as Andy, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of machine learning and research. Their most recent role is as a Machine Learning Engineer at Next Insurance, which they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Pindrop from 2015 to 2022, starting as a Research Scientist and progressing to roles such as Senior Research Scientist, Team Lead, and ultimately Staff Research Scientist.

During their time at Pindrop, Andy played a key role in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the company's products and reduce maintenance efforts. Hung Wei ("Andy") led cross-departmental projects for the development of new fraud-catching products, collaborating closely with product, marketing, research, and engineering teams. Hung Wei ("Andy") also designed and implemented data analysis infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
