Jeff Garretson

Jeff Garretson is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as Vice President of Claims at Next Insurance since April 2024, Garretson previously held the position of Chief Claims Officer at Tokio Marine Highland from September 2018 to April 2024, where leadership was provided in claim operations and strategic support across diverse specialty products. Prior roles include Vice President of Claims at Gulfstream Property & Casualty Insurance and multiple leadership positions at Nationwide from 2003 to 2016. Garretson began the career at Crawford & Company, holding various roles from Adjuster I to Branch Supervisor over a six-year period. Educationally, Garretson holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Purdue University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
