Samantha Billings has had a diverse range of work experiences in the insurance industry. Samantha started their career at Paychex as a Commercial Insurance Specialist II, where they answered calls and inquiries from clients and developed expertise in audit procedures. Samantha later became a Commercial Insurance Specialist III, providing guidance and solutions to Level II Agency Specialists. Samantha then became a Commercial Lines Account Representative, managing a book of business and ensuring high levels of customer service.

After their time at Paychex, Samantha joined Power Management Company as an Account Manager, where they generated sales for electric and natural gas accounts and conducted pricing analysis for new and existing customers.

Samantha then moved to CoverWallet, an Aon company, where they served as an Account Manager and later as a Senior Account Manager. In these roles, they maintained relationships with clients, achieved revenue goals by selling new services, and provided mentorship to overcome obstacles.

Currently, Samantha is working at Next Insurance as a P&C Account Executive. In this role, they collaborate with internal teams to develop and retain client relationships and oversee the implementation of account service strategies.

Samantha Billings attended St. John Fisher University from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management with a minor in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Monroe Community College from 2007 to 2010 and received an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Samantha has earned several certifications. In 2014, they obtained a Property and Casualty License from the New York State Department of Financial Services. More recently, in 2021, they completed The Complete Train the Trainer Bootcamp from Udemy. Samantha also holds a Small Business Coverage Specialist certification from the Hartford School of Insurance, which they obtained in March 2023.
