Shani Nago-Michal

Shani Nago-Michal is the current Director of People at Next Insurance. Prior to this, they served as VP People at Sygnia, Global HR Director at ControlUp, and Human Resources Consultant EMEA for Freelance. Shani has also held the position of Director of L&D and HR Business Partner at Intel Corporation and VP HR at Tradency.

Shani began their career as a Management Consultant for O.D. Consulting before moving on to head the psychology and OD unit for the Israeli Air Force.

Shani has a wealth of experience in human resources and organizational development and is passionate about helping companies create healthy and thriving work environments.

Shani Nago-Michal received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Shani then went on to complete a MA in Social & Organizational Psychology from the same school.
