Mike Grushin

Mike Grushin has a strong background in digital technology and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Mike is currently the CTO and Co-Founder of Next League, a company that aims to introduce a shift to the traditional agency and technology services model by leveraging growth, innovation, and lasting social impact. Prior to this, they co-founded Fearless+ in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, Mike served as the Chief Platform Officer at iX.co, formerly known as OMNIGON, where they were excited about the new chapter the company was entering. Before iX.co, Mike spent several years at OMNIGON Communications, LLC, where they held positions such as COO, Partner in Solution Architecture, and Partner in the CTO role. Mike also co-founded SharpStyle Labs, Inc in 2007, where they served as the CTO until 2010. Mike's earlier career includes working at CERTPOINT Systems Inc. from 1998 to 2007, where they held various director-level roles in R&D, product development, and technical services.

Mike Grushin earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Stony Brook University from 1995 to 2000.
