Jacque Rodriguez

Jacque Rodriguez is a seasoned business consultant and change strategist currently working with NEXT LEVEL Partners®, LLC since January 2023, focusing on transformative projects across various industries. Previously, Rodriguez served as the OPEX High Performance System Director at Meggitt from September 2018 to December 2022, where oversight of the global Operational Excellence program was facilitated to enhance business process maturity and operational performance. Prior to that, Rodriguez held the role of Meggitt Production System Global Leader from December 2013 to September 2018, responsible for deploying a global Operational Excellence model across multiple sites. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at RIEtech Global from August 2010 to December 2013, managing engineering, production, and program management operations, and as Sr. Technical Manager at Honeywell from August 2004 to February 2011, overseeing large-scale avionics system development programs. Jacque Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of New Mexico.
