Stacey Elder

Stacey Elder is a seasoned Lean Transformation Practitioner at NEXT LEVEL Partners®, LLC, with a robust background in performance improvement and operational excellence across various industries. Previous roles include Director of Performance Improvement at ChenMed and Director of Operational Excellence at Marriott International, where innovative solutions utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology were implemented to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes significant contributions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Hess Corporation, Sheraton New Orleans, and The Dow Chemical Company, working in six sigma, tax operations, and project management. Stacey holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
