Brian Carr

Brian Carr oversees operational and HR functions at Next Level Performance, monitoring financial performance and conducting monthly Financial Review meetings with Business Unit Leaders. Brian also manages customer service teams, develops company policies, and oversees reward programs. Prior to this, Brian worked at Bed Bath & Beyond as a District Merchandise Manager/Store Manager and at Stern's Dept Store as a Buyer. Brian holds a BS in Business Administration, Finance from Rider University.
