Jim Heary is a Lead Applications Developer at Next Level Performance, a Dittman Company. Jim has extensive experience in full-stack web development, maintaining and enhancing web applications used for employee awards, performance incentives, and customer loyalty rewards. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a contractor for Zimmerman Associates, Inc., Robert Half Technology, and Ivyhill Technologies, where Jim developed various web solutions for different clients. Jim also held senior positions at Argix Logistics, Inc., Integrated Computer Management, and Contec Systems Industrial Corp, where Jim was responsible for application development and technical support. Jim's educational background includes a BSEE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lehigh University.
