Susan Adams

Susan is responsible for operational excellence in Travel, as well as Next Level’s industry outreach initiatives. She is passionate about the strategies and benefits of employee engagement, incentives, and recognition programs. Currently, she serves on the board of the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) and chairs the IRF Research Committee. Susan has also served on the board of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) and is past president of the Recognition Council. An avid traveler and former planner, Susan is interested in the art and science of incentive travel.
