Amy Letterman

Amy Letterman has over 15 years of experience in sales, account management, and client relationship management. Amy began their career as a Receptionist and Billing Clerk, where they demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail. Amy later served as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator, driving brand visibility and crafting impactful marketing strategies. Amy then transitioned into sales roles, starting as an Inside Sales Representative and then progressing to Sales Development Representative, Sales Development Manager, and eventually Sales Director. In these positions, they excelled at driving sales growth, qualifying leads, and leading high-performing teams. Amy also gained experience as an Account Executive, where they built strong client relationships and exceeded sales targets. Their most recent roles include Senior Client Alignment Executive and Regional VP of Sales, where they focused on strategic partnerships, client success, and revenue growth. Currently, Amy works as a Sales Director at Next Level Solutions, where they are responsible for revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion in the InsurTech industry. Throughout their career, Amy has consistently demonstrated a dedication to continuous learning, adaptability, and delivering exceptional value to clients and organizations.

Amy Letterman completed their secondary education at Kickapoo High School from 1998 to 2002. Following that, from 2002 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing-Advertising and Promotions at Missouri State University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes Knowledge Group in April 2023.
