Gennifer Ramsay, MS, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gennifer currently holds the position of Senior Director of Talent Strategy at Next Level Solutions, where they focus on talent management and strategy. Prior to this, they served as an Employee Resource Advocate at the same company.

Before joining Next Level Solutions, Gennifer worked at BKD CPAs & Advisors as a Curriculum Manager - L&D for eight years. In this role, they supported over 2,500 professionals in curriculum development, change management, process improvement, and cultural support. Gennifer optimized learning programs in various areas such as diversity and inclusion, coaching and development, client service, leadership development, communication, and time management.

Gennifer also has experience as a Training & Development Manager at Nazdar, where they worked for over a decade. In this role, they oversaw training initiatives and employee development programs.

Gennifer'searly career includes a role as an English Teacher at Kearney School District, where they taught from 1996 to 2000.

With their background in talent strategy, curriculum development, and training and development, Gennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Next Level Solutions.

Gennifer Ramsay, MS, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in organizational leadership, human resource management, and education. Gennifer obtained their Doctor of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Organizational & Human Resource Management from Abilene Christian University, attending from 2009 to 2011.

Gennifer also holds a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from the University of Central Missouri, which they earned from 1985 to 1989. Gennifer'smajor areas of focus during this time were English, Speech Communication, and Theatre.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Gennifer Ramsay has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Gennifer is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management, a certification they obtained in February 2023. Gennifer also holds a certification in Criterion Referenced Instruction from Robert Mager at The Center for Effective Performance, which they earned in May 2004.
