India Neer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and management. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Next Level Solutions since April 2020, India has also held roles as a Senior Quality Analyst and Quality Analyst I within the same company. Prior to this, India spent nearly a decade at Bass Pro Shops from April 2011 to April 2020, where responsibilities included serving as an Assistant Merchant and Inventory Specialist for Gifts and Men’s Apparel. India’s career began at Ortex Termite and Pest Control as an Office Manager and included a role as Store Manager at Coach House Gifts. India holds an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ozarks Technical Community College, earned between 2003 and 2005.
