Todd Skokan

Todd Skokan is a senior advisor at Next Level Ventures. Todd has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, holding various leadership positions at companies such as Workgroups DaVinci, Arcoro, NPS Growth, BirdDogHR, Intelladon, GeoLearning, Inc., Learn 2, and SkillSoft.

Todd Skokan began their career in software sales at SkillSoft in 1999. Todd was quickly promoted to regional manager and then left in 2001 to join Learn 2 as vice president of sales and business development. In 2002 they joined GeoLearning, Inc. as vice president of global strategic channels. Todd held this position until 2009 when they were promoted to general manager and vice president at Intelladon.

In 2013 Todd Skokan became president and CEO of BirdDogHR, where they led the company through its acquisition by Arcoro in 2018. Todd then served as co-CEO of Arcoro until 2019 when they joined Workgroups DaVinci as executive chairman and CEO. Todd is currently a senior advisor at Next Level Ventures.

Skokan's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
