Rosi Stoycheva

Rosi Stoycheva began their work experience as a Project Manager at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) in 2015. In this role, they led various projects related to the behavior and management of zoo animals, collaborating with conservation organizations in Europe.

Rosi then transitioned to a position at Grove Park Vets in 2016, where they served as a Practice Manager until 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, Rosi worked as the Head of Operations at PawSquad, a company focused on providing accessible veterinary advice through online consultations. During their time there, the company raised over £3.5M and was later acquired by IVC Evidensia.

In 2019, Rosi joined Pelago (formerly Quit Genius) as a People Business Partner. Rosi was responsible for designing and implementing people-centric processes and strategies to promote a positive work culture on a global scale. The company raised over $78M from investors during their tenure.

Currently, Rosi is the Senior People Operations Manager at Next Matter, a platform for streamlining operations and workflows. Rosi joined the company in 2023 and is tasked with automating and orchestrating various processes to achieve operational excellence.

Rosi Stoycheva obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Zoology from Imperial College London, from the years 2010 to 2014. Rosi then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Conservation and Biodiversity from the University of Exeter, from 2014 to 2015. In addition to their educational background, Rosi also obtained several certifications, including Basic Training - Data Protection 2023 from DataGuard, Building an Agile Workforce Planning Process, GDPR for HR, Workforce Planning from myHRfuture, and HIPAA Compliance from Accountable HQ. These certifications were obtained in 2023.
