Ophir Shay is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in customer success and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Next October, Ophir leads an initiative aimed at creating over 1,600 startups to honor the memories of those lost in the October 2023 War. As Director of Customer Success and Professional Services at Visitt since December 2019, Ophir has developed a new team focused on enhancing customer support and implementation processes. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success, where Ophir collaborated closely with clients to drive their success, and various positions in customer relations and marketing. Prior to these roles, Ophir served in the Israel Defence Forces as Head of the Camouflage Department and as a reconnaissance soldier. Educational qualifications include a Professional Customer Success Manager certification from pmsphere and studies in Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship from Draper University.
