Brandon Porter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Kitchen Manager at Beef 'O' Brady's for four years. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Retail Sales Merchandiser at CROSSMARK, utilizing their planogram expertise and working independently or in a team to maximize sales. In 2014, they became a Store Manager at Shoot Straight Inc, where they were responsible for various tasks including hiring, training, and inventory management. After that, from 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Dock Manager at Lands End Marina. In 2017, they joined Advantage Solutions as a Leadership Development Associate, gaining experience in business management and working with Publix as an Account Executive. In 2018, they transitioned to SellEthics Marketing Group as a Business Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they became the VP of Sales at Next Phase Enterprises.

Brandon Porter obtained their Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Florida, where they attended from 2011 to 2016.
