Brad Kilbane

Brad Kilbane is an experienced professional in compliance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Head of Compliance at Next since February 2023. In addition to this role, Brad is a Secretary (Trustee) at the PSFA of Christ Church & St Peters School. Previously, Brad held significant compliance positions including Head of Compliance & DPO at The Nottingham Building Society, Head of Compliance at Weatherbys Ltd, and Compliance Governance Manager at Experian. Brad's expertise encompasses regulatory engagement, internal and external reporting, systems governance, and team leadership, with a track record of fostering strong relationships and ensuring adherence to regulations within various organizations. Brad holds a UK Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
