Louisa Attridge is an experienced professional in operations and merchandising, currently serving as Operations & Merchandise Director at NEXT since February 2024. Prior to this role, Louisa served at Lipsy London as Operations & Merchandise Director and Merchandise Director from February 2014 to February 2022. Previous experience includes the position of Head of Merchandising for Womenswear Brands at ASOS.com from October 2010 to January 2014 and Head of Merchandising at DCK CONCESSIONS LTD from September 2001 to September 2010. Louisa began the career at Miss Selfridge, progressing from Allocator to Merchandiser from August 1997 to August 2001, gaining a diverse skill set in various departments.
