Primal Majithia possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Head of Home and Total Platform Customer Care at Next since May 2014. Initially joining Next as a Customer Service Advisor, Primal progressed through various roles, including Complaints Handler, Team Manager, and Department Manager, ultimately advancing to leadership positions overseeing total platform services. Prior to Next, Primal gained valuable experience as a Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company from March 2010 to May 2014.
