Rosen Radev has a strong background in customer care and technical support. Rosen started their career in 2011 as a Call Center Agent at Mellon Buglaria, where they gained experience in obtaining client information and determining eligibility. In 2015, they joined Sixty K Ltd as a Technical Support Agent, where they provided excellent support and customer care services to end users. Rosen also handled customer inquiries, managed complaints, and assisted with orders and sales tasks.
