Pallab Das

Pallab Das currently serves as an Assistant Garments Technologist at Next Sourcing Limited, a position held since November 2024. Before this role, Pallab was employed at Epyllion Group from February 2021 to November 2024, first as an Executive-Garments Technology (PDC) responsible for client follow-ups with PUMA and VARNER, involving 2D pattern development using Winda CAD and ensuring product fitting according to buyer preferences. Additionally, Pallab held positions as Operations Executive and Assistant Executive during this tenure, focusing on training plans, process deviations, MIS reporting, and continuous improvement sessions. Pallab's career began as a Management Trainee and Graduate Student Intern at STANDARD GROUP in early 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Dhaka (2024-present), a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Bangladesh University of Textiles (2016-2020), and earlier education in science from Dhaka Imperial College and Barkota School and College.
