Foodservice Consultant at Next Step Design

Russell Stilwell is an accomplished foodservice consultant and president at Next Step Design, a position held since 1987. Prior to this role, Russell served as vice president at Lebow Design & Equipment Co. from 1982 to 1987 and gained valuable experience as a sous chef at Chevy Chase Country Club between 1977 and 1982. Educationally, Russell studied at The Culinary Institute of America, where an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training was earned from 1976 to 1978.
