Brittany Taylor, MS, RD, LDN, serves as the Director of Dietary Services at Next Step Healthcare since September 2018, overseeing nutrition and food service operations across 21 facilities in Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Brittany worked as a Registered Dietitian monitoring residents' nutritional status and providing support in multiple long-term care and rehabilitation centers. Brittany also holds an adjunct faculty position in the online nutrition department at Grand Canyon University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England, a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University, and an Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education from Great Bay Community College.
