Rich Benson

Rich Benson has extensive experience in the business and technology sectors. Rich began their career in 1994 as an Infantryman in the US Army. In 2001, they became a Store Manager at Hibbett Sporting Goods. In 2003, they moved to Walgreens, where they worked as a Store Manager. In 2008, they joined Vista Research as a Business Consultant and Soul Food Café Mission as the Director of Public Affairs/Financial Team Leader. In 2009, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Freeway Surgery Center and Arkansas Neurosurgery Brain and Spine Clinic. In 2010, they joined Hewlett-Packard as an HP Networking Inside Sales District Manager. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, as a Networking Field Sales Specialist. In 2017, they joined Next Step Innovation as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer and VP of Sales.

Rich Benson attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1998-2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems/Programming and Business Administration.
