Ashley Weatherspoon

Ashley Weatherspoon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in philanthropy, program management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Youth Philanthropy Director at Next Up since September 2024, Ashley has previously held key positions such as Program Partnership Manager at Ecotrust and Afro-Ecology Organizer at Imagine Black. With extensive experience in development roles at 350PDX and SOLVE, Ashley also contributed to the financial and administrative operations of Yoga Mendocino as Director. An educational background in Psychology, Cinematic Arts, and Screenwriting from the University of Southern California complements Ashley's professional journey, which includes roles in research and production.
