Shakib Akhter

Shakib Akhter currently serves as Emerging Lead at NEXT Ventures, one of the largest digital business groups specializing in the development of FinTech products and solutions, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Shakib gained extensive experience at Quantanite from September 2019 to November 2023, where Shakib progressed from Data Analyst to Senior Associate, and ultimately to Team Leader. Academically, Shakib earned a Master's in Bank Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (2019-2022) and a BBA in Finance from the Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (2014-2018), in addition to completing HSC and SSC in Business Studies at Dhaka Commerce College and Saint Joseph Higher Secondary School, respectively.
