Nicole Cruz has extensive work experience in the field of People Operations and Talent Acquisition. Nicole's early career included positions at EY, where they led national recruitment efforts and played a role in implementing a new Applicant Tracking System. Nicole also worked as a recruitment and HR management consultant for various clients during the Silicon Valley dotcom boom and subsequent bust.
