Ahmed Alaa has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Ahmed started their career at Sutherland as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided assistance to customers with computer and network issues. Later, they joined Interface incorporated as a Software Implementation and Support Associate, where they were responsible for implementing and supporting software systems. Ahmed then worked at Bee Smart Payment Solutions as an Information Technology Support Engineer, where they provided technical support to customers through various channels and ensured the smooth operation of systems-related services. Currently, they are working at Intercom Enterprises as an IT Service Desk Analyst.

Ahmed Alaa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from SADAT ACADEMY for MANAGEMENT SCIENCES, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma from St. Fatima language school, completing their secondary education from 2003 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmed Alaa has obtained several certifications. Ahmed received the Cloud Core certification from IBM in July 2022. In April 2022, they obtained two certifications: CompTIA A+ 220-1001: Wireless Networking Protocols from Skillsoft and CompTIA A+ Core 2: Desktop, Server, & Mobile Operating Systems, also from Skillsoft. In March 2021, they obtained the Responsive Web Design certification from freeCodeCamp. Furthermore, in March 2020, they earned the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google. Lastly, in November 2019, they achieved the EFSET 64 Advanced (CEFR C1) certification from EF Education First.
